SIT Stage I : Abandonment, Acceptance, and Rebirth
EXPERIMENT in SENSORY IMMERSION THERAPY (SIT)
Stage I : Abandonment, Acceptance, and Rebirth
First stage in the Sensory Immersion Therapy (SIT) sessions. The goal is an attempt to trigger the area of memory linked with childhood and developmental periods, possible repressed memories or false recall. These are areas partly responsible for our development of acceptance issues, social skills, and how we use them to interact with our world and the people we encounter. Confidence, Self Awareness, and External Pressures are also dominant in this exercise.
So SIT and enjoy.
